Internships, Co-op, & Study Abroad
Internships
Georgia Tech's Office of Career Services assists students in locating short-term internships, providing valid work experience while a student is pursuing their undergraduate degree. Also the Georgia Tech Division of Professional Practice now offers and administers the Undergraduate Professional Internship (UPI) Program.
Co-op Program
Interested students may select to participate in the Cooperative Program (Co-op). The Georgia Tech Co-op division arranges terms of valuable work experience in areas related to the student's career interests, alternating with terms of academic study. This experience also assists a student in financing education expenses. Visit the Division of Professional Practice's website for more information.
Study Abroad
Georgia Tech offers many study abroad and exchange programs to enable students to study in other countries for one or more semesters. Students are allowed to receive Georgia Tech credit for the courses taken as part of approved abroad programs. Visit the Office of International Education's website for more information.
